Event Terms and Conditions

Aussie Athlete Fund has limited capacity for in person attendees, please note that AAF will prioritise the athletes who are officially part of the Aussie Athlete Fund 2025 $1 Million Challenge should numbers exceed maximum amount. 

Athletes who are attending in person who are U18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

By securing your ticket, have read, understood, acknowledge, and agree to the below Terms and Conditions including the release and; indemnity.

As an athlete representing Aussie Athlete Fund, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions related to my attendance at an event, the use of my image, story, and likeness for promotional purposes:

1.       Image and Likeness ReleaseI grant Aussie Athlete Fund the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media featuring my image, likeness, or voice for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes.

2.      I grant Aussie Athlete Fund the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, videos, or other media featuring my image, likeness, or voice for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes.

3.      Promotional Materials I acknowledge that Aussie Athlete Fund may use the media content for various promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing materials.

4.      I acknowledge that Aussie Athlete Fund may use the media content for various promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing materials.

5.      Duration of UseThis release extends indefinitely into the future. Aussie Athlete Fund may use the materials for as long as necessary.

7.      Right to EditI understand that Aussie Athlete Fund has the right to edit, modify, adapt, or combine the media content as it sees fit, provided that such modifications do not present me in a false light or negatively impact my reputation.

9.      Waiver of CompensationI waive any right to compensation for the use of my image, likeness, or story. I understand that I am not entitled to any royalties or fees for the use of the materials.

11.      ConfidentialityI acknowledge that while Aussie Athlete Fund will make efforts to use the media content in a respectful and positive manner, I release them from any liability regarding the potential misuse of the materials by third parties.

13.     Revocation of ConsentI understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to Aussie Athlete Fund. However, I acknowledge that revocation will not affect any lawful actions taken prior to the receipt of such notice.

15.     LiabilityI understand and agree that Aussie Athlete Fund has certain insurances in place that may or may not cover them whilst they are participating in any events where I represent Aussie Athlete Fund. I understand I should seek and take out additional insurance including ensuring my own private health insurance covers me whilst participating in any Aussie Athlete Fund activities.

I agree to release, waive, and disclaim any and all liabilities of or claims against, Green and Gold Athletes Australia Ltd, trading as Aussie Athlete Fund tm, its officers, board members, agents, faculty, employees, and all private persons or organisations volunteering services without charge to transport, supervise, or chaperone myself while participating in Aussie Athlete Fund activities including, but not limited to any or all liabilities or claims for personal injury, property damage, court costs, attorneys’ fees and interest, however, caused or accrued, as a result of participating in any Aussie Athlete Fund activities.
