What started as sneaking away to the beach for one more training session has become a dream of standing on top of the podium in the green & gold. 🏐☀️
For Stefie Fejes, beach volleyball is more than a sport. It’s where she feels most herself. But behind every green and gold dream are the realities of travel, training and the financial commitment required to compete at the highest level.

A full-time training schedule. Part-time work. A dream that’s bigger than both.
For Nathan Mboyo, the journey from playing volleyball for fun in high school to pursuing Brisbane 2032 has taken incredible commitment. Every week is a balancing act between training, work and finding a way to fund the pursuit of elite sport.
