Australian Field of Play Jersey Funding Application

The Aussie Athlete Fund (AAF) Jersey Project (Australian field of play jersey funding) exists to assist Australian athletes and teams who are required to purchase their own Australian representive playing jerseys. Funding is drawn from a pool made up of profits from the sale of the Aussie Athlete Supporters Jersey and donations made to the Jersey Project via the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF).

You only need to apply once per year per invoice. If you receive multiple separate jersey invoices across the year, you may submit a separate application for each one.
